I am a licensed affiliate of Axxiom Franchise Advisors, LLC, a national franchising company. As a Franchise Consultant/Advisor I help people make the right franchise investment decision. There is never a charge for the advisory services I provide. This isn't a catch; I do get paid, however, by the franchising company when one of my clients actually purchases a franchise. I work similarly to a real estate agent that helps you buy a home. The real estate agent will show you several houses that meet your criteria and qualifications. When you buy one of the houses that real estate agent has shown you, you don't pay the real estate agent; the seller does. My advisory services to my client, is to:
1. Educate my client on business ownership and the advantages of franchising
2. Develop a profile of my client's needs, goals and requirments after conducting two interviews.
3. Present franchise opportunities that will match my client's profile. I usually provide 3 to 4 franchise companies.
4. Introduce my client directly to the franchisor and helps obtain critical information.
5. Work diligently with my client throughout the validation process until they make their final decision.
There are many reasons that it is prudent to work with an Axxiom Advisor, but the main one is the Axxiom Advisor has many franchise companies to work with, and therefore, the Advisor has the client's best interest in mind. On the other hand, if my client goes directly to the franchise company, they have one goal and that is to sell the client their franchise without taking into consideration their unique needs and requirements. Oftentimes, presenting them with franchises they may have never considered. Our clients are important to us and we do whatever it takes to assist them in fulfilling their dreams and aspirations.
