The "Team" Networking Concept
In simpler days gone by, communities were smaller, and therefore business was done a little differently. People who did business together knew one another. A handshake was as good as a contract. In many cases, their reputations were all they had. Most businesses depended almost entirely on word-of-mouth.
"Team" networking is a throwback to this kind of business community, a “Modern-Day Main Street” of sorts. Each Team is a group of about 25 local business people who share this old-fashioned business philosophy ~ to offer uncompromised quality, dependability, and personal service. Therefore, referring one another follows quite naturally.
Accountability
The backbone of the Team Network concept is accountability, not only to one another but to the Team Network Corporate office. All Team members are pre-screened and interviewed before joining and commit to the group's high standards and goals. If complaints are heard about the services of a particular member, he or she is not invited to continue as a Team member in good standing and is removed from the roster.
