The Team Network provides day-to-day, hands-on service that is simply unmatched by other area networking groups. Some of the services that members have come to expect are: 

  1. Referrals – Referrals – Referrals: The members of Team Network have benefited by tapping into the literally hundreds of millions of dollars of referral business that has been generated over the past 19 years.
  2. Accessibility: More than 80% of the calls that come into the Team Network office reach a live, knowledgeable Network Team Administrator who is available to give guidance and provide immediate answers to any questions.
  3. Personal Attention: The President of the Team Network brings over 20 years of network management experience, personally attending the Martys and most other Network meetings and activities.
  4. Team Leaders/Managers: Each Team has a member who acts as a Team Manager who actively works every day in partnership with the Team Network home office to ensure their Team's success.
  5. Weekly Communications: The Team Network members receive multiple communications per month from the Team Network office in the form of meeting coordination, promotions, reminders, follow-ups, networking advice, needs and leads from members, problem solving, and just plain getting-the-job-done.
  6. Member Screening and Recruitment: The Team Network consistently works to help bring high quality, motivated members into the group.
  7. Initial Consultation: All new members receive a thorough one-on-one consultation and network training. Plus, they are provided a Starter-Kit filled with valuable information, guidelines, formulas for success, Team rosters, and more.
  8. Networking Tools, Handouts, Holders, Nametags, etc.: Printed material such as Team rosters, informational brochures, and Team referral cards are regularly updated and distributed. These networking tools function as references and handouts to help produce new clients and customers for the members. We also provide members with convenient business card holders to carry fellow Teammates' cards, and permanent personalized nametags for the monthly Martys.
  9. Interactive Website: Team Members have access to a uniquely sophisticated interactive website. Each member is provided with a unique username and password and has the ability to edit his or her personalized profile on the Team Network site, complete with any and all links, as well as post events on our calendar, write blogs, make announcements, etc. Members can communicate with one another, gain valuable public exposure, interact through various social media, see and read about the latest goings-on with their network, pass leads, advertise, find employees, and so much more.   10. E-mail Broadcasting: Members are able to take advantage of the Team Network website's ability to broadcast member news and information. Anytime the members find the need to quickly generate an important message to their Teammates, it’s as easy as logging on and posting the information.
  11. Co-op Advertising and Promotions: Team members display and pass out each others' materials, work together to buy advertising at group rates, place ads in each others' customer newsletters, work booths together at local business trade shows, and find other creative ways to get their names out in their centers of influence and communities.
  12. Receive Referrals from Members of Other Teams: The Team Network is currently managing over 200 members who are divided into ten separate Teams. Members regularly receive leads and referrals from members of other area Teams beyond the new business that is generated through their own Team.
  13. Network With Members in Other Teams: Is your category open in another Team? If so, come visit anytime! Also, several times a year members have the opportunity to come together with members of other Teams to play golf, hear speakers, attend sporting events, and participate in other multi-Team functions called Mega-Martys.
  14. Mega-Martys: The Team Network Mega-Marty is defined as a special event where more than one Team gathers together for a networking function. The best-known Mega-Marty is the yearly summertime Team Network Mega-Marty in July. Several networking organizations in the Washington area participate to promote the event and many of the top networkers attend every year.
  15. Member-To-Member VIP Treatment: This is a BIG one. Many members feel the time, hassle and money they save is worth the cost of membership alone! As a Team member, you have the ability to call on your Teammates, people you have confidence in and can trust when you have a need for a product or service, and receive better service, at a better price, and do it all with greater peace of mind.
  16. Door Prizes: Valuable door prizes, some worth even hundreds of dollars, are regularly given away by generous Team Members at Martys.
  17. Support and Follow-through: The Team Network freely gives valuable time and support when members need help and advice to become a better, more successful networker. Team Network is also available to help when members want to work together, schedule a Power Team meeting, organize a special project or event, and do cooperative advertising.
